Abolish Visigothic

A mini mod to abolish Visigothic from the realm of Hispania if it persists or dominates well after it's supposed to be exterminated, and if you wanted a more culturally divided Hispania. Like, if you personally want a more historical Hispania should the culture not flip properly.

For example:

Vassals in Modern Spain/Castille will become Castillian, while vassals in Portugal and Galicia will be Portuguese, Basque will be restored in Navarre, and Vassals in Aragon will become Catalan.

Currently trying to work out the kinks because it's supposed to auto-convert the provinces too. I don't know how to get that work right because I thought I got it right. However, it does convert the vassals correctly.

Also the AI can do it, and it auto-converts children (is supposed to, anyway).

Does not convert any vassals who aren't Visigothic or Suebei


NOTICE: If done relatively mid or late game, the culture each vassal can turn into, even the children, can become messed up. There is likely no true workaround for this until/unless I change the scripting for the decision. This mostly has to do with the internal bordergore inheiritance that vassals in every game will inevitably get up to. For instance, the King/Queen of Portugal may also be the duke or duchess of Navarre, but his primary title will likely be Portugal so the culture will likely be Portuguese instead of Basque. A tricky situation to work around, but can be remedied when I finally script a proper province conversion.

1) Fix the scripting for the province conversions so they actually convert.
