Theo - Khajiit Melee-Only Warrior Follower

Overview
Theo's a Khajiit from Cyrodiil whose adventures have brought him to the icy land of Skyrim. Going against the stereotypes of his race, he uses sword and shield, wears heavy armor, and isn't one for crime. Read his journal to find out a bit of his background and past adventures in Skyrim.

What this mod adds:
- an early follower who isn't overpowered and levels alongside you
- warrior-class Khajiit follower who does not use a bow
- marriageable male Khajiit
- custom book called "Theo's Journal" detailing his past adventures in Skyrim
- a variety of objects Theo has collected in his adventures
- a new Khajiit steward for your Hearthfire home
- a sword and cuirass with slightly increased stats

- Juggernaut (ranks 1-5)
- Well Fitted
- Fists of Steel
- Shield Wall (ranks 1-3)

- Armsman (ranks 1-2)

- Agile Defender (ranks 1-2)
- Stealth (rank 1)
- Novice Locks

Assorted Notes:
- Theo will focus on using melee rather than bows and magic.
- Due to his melee-only AI, Theo will use his claws to fight if you remove all melee weapons from his inventory. LET THE FATALITIES BEGIN!
- Though no DLC is required to have Theo as a follower, he can become the steward of your Hearthfire homestead.
- His journal sort of dents the fourth wall a little and, thus, is not 100% lore friendly; but I hope you all enjoy it and find it interesting, if not a bit entertaining.
