No District Research Penalty

描述
This mod works with all Stellaris versions newer than 2.1
The Launcher may say that your version is not supported but this most likely is wrong.
I just got tired to reupload all my mods with changed "supported_version" numbers after every patch.

Removes the contribution of districts to the research penalty.
This Mod changes the contribution of districts to the empire size from 1 to 0.
Due to the code changes in 2.2 the only way to remove research penalties is to remove the empire size contribution of things or removing them entirely.

Cut the research penalty in (nearly) half:

Just tested it with PJs :: Better Empire Size and it seems to be working. Thank you for your quick respons :D and fix <3

New Version uploaded that hopefully will work with PJs Better Empire Size. If it doesnt, one would need to ask PJ whether he could remove the EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_DISTRICTS line from his mod.

Yeah, thats right. Unfortunately he decided to include the EMPIRE_SIZE_FROM_DISTRICTS line in his mod although he doesnt even change it. That just overwrites my simple mod. I will tweak the name of the file in my mod, give it a try and say whether it helps or not.

This mod doesn't seem to work with PJs :: Better Empire Size. It might be that both mods change the same file, but I'm not sure. Every time I activate both mods my empire size is impacted by districts and when I turn of PJs it works again.

It was just a conflict with one of PJ's mods. it all works now.

Sorry for the inconvenience, Kang. How do you see that it doesn't work? This mod actually just removes the empire size gain from districts. Are they shown in your empire size report?
