German license plates (up to 8 characters)

Provides license plates for Germany.
With this license plate it is also possible to use up to 8 characters and thus e.g. enter a 4-digit number at the last position.
With this mod, license plates for electric vehicles as well as historical vehicles are also possible.
The license plate supplied contains a registration plate of the city of Frankfurt am Main and therefore with the Hessian coat of arms.

It would also be conceivable to introduce further German license plate types in the future (such as license plates with approval badges of other federal states or license plates of the Federal Police).
