Bug Fixes By Kejima

This bounce mod (you can play your main game characters - achievements disabled while running the mod) fixes several bugs affecting loot:

- 'Isenhelm ~ Einherjar Hero' now drops loot once you killed him
- Fjord Ichtians now drop their Monster-Infrequent armor sets ('Icescale' set and 'of the Deep' set) in legendary difficulty
- Troll loottables fixed, a lot of inconsistency removed, minor optimization
- Monster-Infrequent Troll staff now drops (was dropping in no difficulty)
- The 4 Ragnarök Monster-Infrequent shields now spawn with shield affixes instead of axe affixes

It also contains the raw files incase you want to embed this mod into your mod.
A Read_Me with all changes is included.
