Configurable Double Jump

A custom version of Jordan's double jump mod, originally made to tone down the velocity Now has the ability to change the amount of jumps and the velocity of the jumps

Server.cfg Convars:
doublejump_jumps (def. 2) -- Change to allow more than 2 jumps
doublejump_velocity (default 1.7) -- Change to increase/decrease velocity.

Velocity value is multiplied by 100 then applied to the player on any jump up to or equal to doublejumps_jumps
