[Current version v1.1.3]

NEW in v1.1.3 : Fixing hud positions a bit glitchy, Adding simple gradient defcon hud

COMING : Customizable Text for each defcon

[All Gamemodes Support]

Sandbox and so on.
Exclusive features for darkrp gamemode (restrict job access for defcon commands)
Report if it doesn't work on your gamemode !



[Description]

Choose multiple design for your defcon hud and change levels using chat commands.
  • 5 Custom Design
  • HUD Position Custom
  • Defcon Levels Color customizable
  • Level notification sound customizable
  • Enable/disable
  • DarkRP Module ( jobs restrictions )



[HOW TO USE IT ?]
  1. be an admin/superadmin and type "/defcon menu" in chat then the config menu will pop up

  2. customize as you wish and don't forget to "save" the config using the bar menu

  3. force levels using chat commands "/defcon 1", "/defcon 2", "/defcon 3", "/defcon 4", "/defcon 5"

  4. no levels ==> "/defcon 0"

  5. Have fun



[DarkRP Jobs restriction ]
  1. Go to the config panel "/defcon menu"
  2. Then click on module in the bar menu
  3. Click Enable DarkRP Module
  4. Go to the new tab "DarkRP Settings" and add jobs to the "defcon jobs" list
  5. Save the config

i cant use the addon

Is it possible do download the addon and customize it i will make sure to also give credits of the maker

I can't use the addon. It just gives me this error when I try to save it.

@Azglie & @Gaz, In case you get this error, it means there is a conflict with an other addon.
The other addon might block the defcon system to load properly.

So please make sure to test addon one by one if needed.

I've downloaded the addon and it works correctly. Can you guys explain me what you've done to get this ?

@ExlandLive, if you know a bit of lua and can extract the addon to edit it. You might find the code used for the init in "lua/autorun/server/sv_yc_defconhud.lua" and then at the block's code from line 441 to 456 is the right one. Change boolean values regarding the right defcon you want.
Otherwise, we will see if we can implement it into the configuration itself.

Is it possible to change set the default level of DEFCON on server start and such. I would like it to start at 1 If possible! I believe it is as I saw you changed the defualt to 5 sometime last year Yam
