Improved Last Man On Earth Versus (With Solo Version)

This branch of stenbob11's "Last Man on Earth Versus" ( https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=160164982 ) allows for complete Solo Play as well as going 1v1 against a human opponent.

The original branch didn't allow survivor bots nor allowed "survivor_limit" to be 1. Which means if your opponent quit, no survivors will spawn, thus, the game will soft lock when there are no human survivors. This fixes that.

Without any of these addons, the mutation console name is "lastmanonearthversus".

Now comes with a solo version of the mutation. So the above console name is pretty much useless.
