Description
Fully compatible with Gathering Storm!

Allows all land units to embark at Sailing.

Allows all units to navigate ocean tiles at Shipbuilding.

Additionally, Norway's Knarr ability now enables units to navigate ocean tiles at Sailing instead of Shipbuilding.

the main issue is when building a city on the coast, scouts will go straight for the ocean. I guess normally those areas are revealed and inaccessible beyond which is why it doesn't matter without this change.

Works with the new updates it serves to navigate the ocean and if you can translate into Spanish better

I feel like you should always be able to move into open water with galleys and quads -- BUT you should have a 50% of sinking when you finish your turn on an ocean tile(maybe settlers/builders for Pho & Nor). That's the change I would make if I were to mod ocean travel.

i use a lot of your mods, but this one didnt want to work for me.
on R&F, with only this mod enabled for best test, got the base techtree... (have tried with classic rules, same thing, try to unsub/resub, no change)
your "earlier lumber mills" work really well, why not this one :'(

It's impossible for this mod to mess with combat strength. Either you're misunderstanding or you have something else causing your issue.

I have a base strength of 20 plus 10 for attacking anti cavalry, yet it adds up to 25

I dont know how or why, but when I play with this mod the damage you can do is all messed up
