One of the first multi-storey standard houses in Moscow. Preferentially it is block one-access "towers", however also the brick option of a series (II-18-01/08MIK) sometimes meets.

The very first houses of this series were eight-story (II-18-01/08), then one more floor (II-18-01/09) was added and afterwards they grew to 12 floors (II-18-01/12). In spite of the fact that generally these houses single-section, were built also the disabled two-access versions of twelve-storey buildings (II-18-02/12).

Houses are rather big on the area, and for their generation, it is necessary to label direct and spacious streets in advance... And, if carries, - that on these streets will appear.
