Or you want to sell your work, the most say than that noncomerzial projects are ok with credits and commerzial projects need to buy the copyright from you.

Thx, you need every time to say where the tilesets are from and
if we can use it in comerzial or non-comerzial Projects and what you want for it: Credits, Free Gamecopy, blah blah... :D
