The Tick (STCE)

Everyone's favorite blue hero is here, now (finally) converted for use in Super Turbo Championship Edition!

I'm a little out of the loop with modding for Guacamelee, but I realized after Guacamelee 2 came out that I had never ported some of my old mods to STCE, so I wanted to finally port some of these over as an excuse to catch up on modding again.
However, I don't have all moves unlocked in STCE yet (nor the time to run through the game again right now, too busy playing Guac 2 :P ), so I'm not able to fully test this mod on my end right now.

Everything *should* work though, but if something's broken, please feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can do!

Also, assuming Guac 2 gets workshop support someday, I'd love to bring some of my old mods over there and maybe even make a new character mod while I'm at it. We'll see!
