1.41 Update: Reworked trip computer

HD Interiors for the Renault Magnum & Renault Premium

Features:
-Correctly-sized labels for rev-counter, speedometer, fuel and pressure gauges/read-outs
-Corrected (larger and italicized) custom-made font for speedometer
-Reworked HD textures for interior labels, switches and buttons
-Realistic red interior lighting for buttons and switches
-New textures for radio and tachograph
-Corrected LCD fonts (stock fonts are too narrow)
-Larger gear number display
-Reworked trip computer based on info pages on the real truck (remaining drive time only shows up if Fatigue Simulation is enabled)
