First of all, thank you for your work and all the time you put into this mod! Also, thanks for getting back to me so quickly! I am going to run through a game on Imperial difficulty and see what happens and keep you posted! Cheers!

I noticed that this mod allows the AI to spam buildings like no other, so almost every city will be full of high tier defenses by mid-game. In addition, the AI will be able afford to replace its raiding fleet more quickly, so the early game pressure is higher. Unfortunately, the AI prioritizes buildings over fleets, so only a few AI types (the ones with wide and cheap buildings) get around to producing big fleets.

I tested this mod using double the boosts here and had a similar result. I'm hoping that either modifying the AI building templates or just going nuts and giving them something ridiculous like a 50x modifier will result in massive fleet battles, instead of just massive base battles.

How does this effect the AI in terms of gameplay sir? Do they use the income and actually make fleets and massive defenses?
