Empty MOD Prototype Template

描述
This is an empty MOD prototype template.

It creates the full -empty- folder structure and the main MOD XML file, ideally for beginners and experts.

- It creates "preview" examples of images in the folders to easy determine file type used for graphics, dimension of images and correct file naming.

- Preview images contains numbered rasters now with in game coordinates for unit(icons).

- Mini tutorials with some common tips per category.

- Continuously in development. As soon as I learn new features I post them in this template
