@elQueFaltaba Most likely something is wrong with the rico mod. Check the latest version or use rico high density fix mod. This should help :)

I just used this one today; Keeps complaining on the low real state prices .. (I placed it on a High residential area, while the building says Low res .. is this the reason?)

@Arkys, @t4ctic - I'll make a growable version and attach a download link to this page in the description, ok?) I think this is the best option not to publish the same building several times ;)
@IS123 It seems that something is wrong with your rico mod. The buildings are accompanied by standard documents for rico, and there are no errors in them. So I'm not guilty)

honestly i think its a really good building but when the building is being built in resedental it works as a park for some reason and then bulldozez it self automaticaly

(with RICO you have to place each building by hand. That play-style I'm too lazy for atm. )
