Hard Earned Districts - Hero Expansion

This mod expands hero tags so that each hero is linked to two districts. It slightly edits some hero districts, the costs, and adds five brand new districts exclusive to some heroes.

This mod does not require Hard Earned Districts but it is highly recommended that you install it because this mod was balanced around having that installed.

Other Miscellaneous changes include:

1. The prices in Radiant mode was made half or less than the normal price. All districts only cost one blueprint in Radiant mode.

House of the Yellow Hand - Bounty Hunter, Grave Robber, Highwayman
+5% Crit Chance (Remained unchanged)
+5% Scouting Chance for each hero in your party (Remained unchanged)
+5% Monster Surprise Chance for each hero in your party
-5% Party Surprise Chance for each hero in your party
-2% Ambush Chance for each hero in your party

1. Based on how districts and upgrades in general work, uninstalling this mod is very risky. Once you build a district, the buffs will remain in the game forever because there is no way to "un-build" things. Install this mod with caution if you don't plan on using it long term.
   
2. If you have mods that edit the Abomination, Occultist, and/or Vestal and still want to use them then you can place those mods above all HED mods and add the appropriate tags to each hero's .info file.
   Abomination: "hunting_grounds"
   Occultist: "outsiders_bonfire"
   Vestal: "themysciran_study"
   
3. I highly recommend using a unique musketeer mod
