I know the basement is doable by just killing everyone. But at the other hand, there are only 8 coins there, so it is very costly to do so. You have to make the decision to do it stealthly which is hard or costly which is the easy way. Also for the storyline i have in mind, it is better if you completely kill all the mafia guys in the basement :)

Very cool level! I definitely enjoyed it! Although, I did manage to kill all of the guards in the basement with a wrench, making it pretty easy to get the trophy.
