Many of the upgrades are different states. If you hover over them and see 1/3 for example, pressing 2 or 3 on your keyboard will change to a different upgrade, while pressing 1 will bring them back to the original state.

Any chance you could fix 2 links that show as missing? when opening the project, I can see some missing models/resources:
