描述
Disables the Clouds while activated through the mods menu.

Credits:The idea came from @Kodi4444 in this discourse thread, [discourse.stonehearth.net] the way of implementation (and some bugfix help) came from @max99x (Developer Max Shawabkeh).

(Sadly does not inlcude a menu-option for the cloud disabling, if anyone knows how to do it, please contact me. For now, it just happens through enabling and disabling the mod.)

This almost completely remove the freezes.
My game had become unplayable and I can finally take it back.

Can you remove the effects of rain (drops).
I do not know if it has a link but then I had no sound on the other hand.
