Sparks! Debris! Oh my!

This is the "low-end" version of my contact effects mod! Debris is restored to vanilla settings, but contact still generates the spark effect. Hopefully this will work better for people with low-end machines :)

Is it possible to reduce the time debris is on the track from standard, my PC struggles towards the end of a race when there's loads of bent metal allover the track. I noticed on an Xbox play through that the larger bits would disappear almost instantly but cant find a setting to reduce this in-game.
