@Neww_ well, it is possible but it's use would be very low, and it's quite a bit of work that I don't really have time for now I'm afraid. It would also be hard with prop limit in building as you still need some parkings, vents and stuff...
You can fix it like this on windows:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities_Skylines and open LocalRICOSettings on notepad.
You should see the SoCal LowRes Block text on there, just add ignore-reality="true" at the end and set the homes=4, so it should look like this:
<Building name="1473039772.SoCal LowRes Block A_Data" service="residential" density="0" sub-service="low" construction-cost="90000" ui-category="reslow" homes="4" steam-id="" level="3" ignore-reality="true" />
do that for the other 3 blocks too
I'm using WG Population and I only get 2 households per block. I tried disabling WG on these assets in the RICO panel. In this panel it says it should get 5 home count but I can't see this happening.
In average there is 6 inhabitants per block which seems very low for a 4 house block. Any solution ?
