Wagon Speed Adjuster

描述
Adjust the maximum speed of all Wagons (rail cars), either by a fixed percentage or set all to a fixed speed.
Slower wagons are cheaper to buy, and have lower maintenance costs.

Default settings set cargo wagon speed to 50% of their normal value, passenger wagons to no more than 300km/h (essentially no change); you can/should adjust the configuration values in
\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\446800\1472507469\mod.lua

You can set wagon speed to either a fixed percentage of their default values, or set all wagons to a fixed maximum speed, or limit all wagons to no more than a maximum speed (but not increase speed for slower wagons).
Cargo and Passenger wagons can be configured separately.

безполезный мод, цыфры показывает выше стандартных, но это только цифры. а когда поезд начинает движение и едет на ровном отрезке пути, скорость стандартная.

Useless mod, the figures show higher than the standard, but they are only figures. and when the train starts to move and goes on a flat section of track, the speed of the standard.

This mod (and the linked locomotive version) should work on any applicable rail wagon (assuming this mod is loaded after any mod wagons).

* check both "waggons" and "trains" folders for wagons that need speed modification (multiple-unit passenger cars exist in the "trains" not "waggons" folder)

@Sterben: Hmm, the Re450 is a multiple-unit self-propelled train that is partly "locomotive" and partly "passenger car", but the model files all live with the locomotives. I'll have to examine it closer and see how to handle this case. The problem would likely apply to other multiple-unit passenger trains (TGV, Speedance, Zephyr, etc). I'll get back to you tomorrow with a fix.

It's no mod vehicle, it's the already ingame passenger wagon of the Re450 doesn't have an adjusted speed.

@Sterben: Can you point me to the mod in question? Are you sure it's a passenger car and not a self-propelled vehicle?
