3rd Exit Bypass Roundabout

This roundabout uses bridges and tunnels so cars taking the 3rd exit avoid the main roundabout. Roundabouts with bridges typically allow cars to avoid joining the roundaboutif they are taking the 2nd exit, but since cars taking the 2nd exit take less time to leave the roundabout than cars taking the 3rd exit, this design should be slightly better at handling traffic. Slip lanes have been added and the number of lanes changes to discourage all cars clustering in the same lane (check the arrows) so this should work well even without TMPE
