Reduced Particle Effects

@Rohzedear I think this should work fine with optimizers and removers, it looks like all it does is reduce frequency. I'm recently trying it out with both a remover and optimizer since my PC just sputters constantly nonstop with Kenshi, like the average frames is maybe 15.

How would this affect/interact the new Particle Optimization from the last patch and how do they differ from one another?

It's ok, just tried it. It does what I wanted but the dust flicks on & off too quickly which distracts me. Will stick with 100% one for now but thanks ;o))

Just to be clear Shidan, is this like your removed weather effects exactly, but just 50%, not 100%? I'm subscribed to your other one but would like some weather effects so I know they're happening. Thanks ;o)

Done that already. Reduced the grass density while i was at it too. There's like some sprigs here and there but not much else. Which is what should be like in a desert imo.

The sandstorms are governed by the particle system, so it should help there. As for the swamp, best guess would be looking for a foliage reduction mod, or just changing the settings in the options menu yourself.

I usually have fps issues in either the swamps or very dense weather like the sandstorms in "The Eye" for example. But i'm gonna try this one anyway.
