Let us have a bottle of Scrumpy

This is not a Playermodel, its a ragdoll for posing purpose. requests about turning it into a Playermodel will be ignored. so don't bother suggesting

Demoman was originally white in most valve's early Demoman concepts incase you didn't knew. Just saying
