As a base start amount for all Players and AI

Okay i hopefully have one up for 2.7.X I've changes it a little because of the alloy situation so let me know how you find it.

Hey. I currently do not have a version that'll work with current version. That said if your interested i could try to make something for 2.7.x

do you have an up to date version for this? I mean there is lots of quick start like mods but looking at the values this one is the best in my opinion :)

With Adavance Start AI getting an additional sum on top of that
