Arch-vile from Doom II by id Software.

Arch-vile is very tall, emaciated-looking, peach-skinned humanoid figure with a grotesque appearance, including stigmata. It also has no flesh around its abdomen, revealing some of its ribcage and spinal column. Its attacks consists of a unique ability to immolate the enemies in flames by raising its arms up, summoning fire upon the targeted foe, then hunch over and clap its hands together, causing the fire to erupt, usually send the enemy flying into the air. The Arch-vile also has the power to resurrect other, lower-level monsters that it comes across.
