Note: this requires you knowing how to get out of bounds in Haven District, and has a lot of jump pads. I mean a lot.

Location: E-Cop Tower in Haven District, not in the tower itself
Runtime: 20 mins. (due to the amount of time it takes to get to the arena. It's fairly high up.)
