[TTT2] Randomat Plus

描述
A highly modified version of the randomat addon that adds loads of new events and causes randomat events to trigger at round start.

Convars:
- ttt_randomat_roundstart_pct 0-1 - Sets the percentage chance that a randomat event goes off at round start. Set to 0 if you don't want any at round start.
- ttt_randomat_EVENT 0-1 - Sets whether EVENT is enabled as a randomat. Can be used to disable randomats that you don't like or that don't function as intended.

Credit goes to the original randomat addon for their source.

@Arch Hey, is it OK if I include modified versions of a few of your randomats in my randomat mod to work with Custom Roles for TTT? Of course I'll give you credit.

perfect, used it solo with the ULX one where you can turn then on/off thanks for this awesome randomat

you have to add this to the collection with the real randomat right?
