Possibly. The Congressional didn’t start until 1952 IRL and in the PRR GG1 pack the silver one shows up in 1955

It shouldn’t have deleted it from anyones accounts. I only hid it because I only want my mods that use the proper textures

The problem with removing mods from the workshop instead of updating them is that you will mess up the saves of plenty of people. The more popular the deleted mod is, the worse. Wief Chiggum did the same mistake a couple of days ago with a Canadian steam loco. Even though I can't really defend Steam for automatically removing files from their users' systems without any sort of permission.
