after digging for some texture files and source files in my tf2 folder, I hexed a better model of painis cupcake with improved physics and full bodygroups

skins comes with 2 looks and a custom and BETTER RED uber looking skin and blah blah blah

Painis Cupcake is made by Rubberfruit

I imagine Painis Cupcake as a Soldier, with broken helmet, grey skin, dark red costume, with scars. Alot of Bloody wounds and cicatrized bones. Red eyes, and dirty, cringy teeths
