I think that is one of the Half Life 2 Deathmatch maps. Forgot the name, but there aren't many so its not hard to find.

there were a similar two-addon pack literally called "sights pack" and "scopes pack" though which ported almost same sights, there are plenty of reuploads you'll find them easily
