Well, I thought it kinda looked bad, so I tried emptying out everything in the witch eye particle file.
Also the screencaps are using:

This mod only contains particle file and does absolutely nothing to the witch models, but I figured someone might be curious.

Ignore the weeb mods I have on.

I asked around, and the glow isn't even part of the particle file. I'm not sure where I can even find the glow. someone I asked thinks it may be an attachment on the spitter model like a survivor flashlight. If I ever do figure it out, I'll give you a message.

particle entities and colors are set with pcf file. if you want me to modify his file for your personal use, I can try to do it, but yes.
