Perfect Rest Area and Hwy turn around by Populous

This is an actually working rest area that actually works amazingly well. A good deal of time went into determining the exact distance to the highway the roads needed to be, layout, design and testing.

Handsome, easy to "plug in" to existing roads. At first cims used it to do U-turns, but within, say, half an hour real time vehicles and cims are everywhere, love it. What were they doing before - crossing their legs?! Thanks!

What a great intersection!! I use it near every entrance/exit as the hwy goes on/off the map. And of course anywhere along the highway that the tourists need a bathroom break (at your rest area asset), and a burger. Thanks for making it so well.
I pulled back the sound barriers so hwy traffic can easily see cars coming from the ramp onto the hwy, and I still have some fiddling to do with TMPE lane connectors for lane arrow changing and better markings at the ramps, but it works perfectly.
