[EO] Heavy Strike Carrier

A heavy independant carrier that is built to execute hit and runs against enemy targets with its arsenal of 240 Massive Rail Drones. Each one mounts a ship grade heavy railgun firing a high velocity 1g VCS round at 35 KMS. The carrier itself mounts 32 heavily armored small railguns designed to not get knocked out as well as 4 25g railguns and 16 500 MW 1g railguns. The ship uses methane as all my independant ships do, to give it the necessary deltaV for long transfers and quick hit and runs. This ship in particular has 55 KMS of deltaV in MPD mode and 12 KMS in NTR mode. The strike carrier is both expensive and massive costing 180 MC and 73 KT, but can inflict several times its cost and mass in reusable strikes against enemy planets and fleets.
