But here is how I would build it:
Choose (for example) the left BIG rotor, attach the pistons and the small rotor to it ( build it), then build the platform from there.
When the Platform is finished, put a rotorpart on the block, where the second rotor (which u didnt build yet) would normally be.
Now finish the other side (the other big rotor), build the pistons and the small rotor, and remove the small rotors rotorhead once u build it.
now align the rotorpart that u build on to the platform, and the small rotor which is not connected to it (yet). You should be able to "attach" the rotor part to the small rotor in the rotor menue (same menue where u detached the old rotor part)
