Medieval Pack Revamp

I decided to release this as is, as I cannot get the sling I was working on to look at all decent. It kinda seemed like a helicopter, and was 2 derpy 4 me.

Due to moving to a new city and building a new rig, old files have been lost. Who knows, maybe I'll revisit at some point and finish up the mounted weapons pack, but this will never be updated.

This time I have added custom sounds for all weapons (The War Maul is super satisfying and crunchy). The kill confirmed sound no longer overlays the weapons sounds since EA11, so no need for that mod anymore.

I have also added a new weapon: The Glaive. It is a fast pole weapon with a blade on the end, an intermediate weapon between the spear and the halberd. It is automatic, so just hold down and slice away!
Also added the trident, a slower, closer range, more damaging spear.

I also removed the crossbow entirely. I didn't like the look or how it felt in game, so I am removing it entirely. However, I replaced the crossbows with Dr. Doctor Ph.D.'s bows, which are far superior than anything I could create, so I tagged them onto the pack.
