you need:

wiremod
and
Collision Resizer (ENHANCED)
and
advanced duplicator 2
and
SligWolf's ModelPack
and
PAC3

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

also check out the steam collection it has lots of other things in there

dupe description:

the tower of power is a tall 6 legged vehicle that is armed with a mortar launcher, gas shell launcher, machine gun and igniter laser.

controls:

(sit in the seat to control the vehicle)

wasd to move

left click to fire gun and igniter laser

r to lock and unlock gun position

j and k to change guns position

space to fire mortars

g to fire mustard gas shell (you need to stay still or it will break the vehicle also it may glitch and kill you as pac3 is very glitchy)

also there is a lever inside to control the door at the bottom and a climable ladder to reach the top where the driver seat is.
