Steady the Clown

描述
Adds a clown named Steady. He lives in Clownsteady.

He is terrible and annoying and everyone hates him. You can recruit him for some reason.

You can also just beat him up and take his clothes and weapon if you want, he probably deserves it. His clown clothes are unisex so if you want to dress up like a lady clown, you can, but I'll call the police.

v1.1
-His clothes are now grungier and dirtier, like his soul.
-He now carries a unique weapon. It's bad.

-Optimized some texture stuff
-Fixed some normal map issues

Clownsteady is a horrible city. Gives me claustrophobia just looking at it. If I had to live there, I'd go clown-mode too.

i like how this mod adds a single character, yet takes up 100 mb.
