For some reason Delta decided it would be a good idea to take one of their crappiest cars and transform it into a mini rally car. It actually did pretty well because of it's weight and the fact that the places it was chosen to compete in didn't really need too much speed. It used various CloudCo and TAC parts for that extra edge in performance.

Credit to freitasfaisca9 for helping me with the rally modifications for this car.
