The difinitive wartime experience, anything one can expect from a warship can be found in the spaceframe of the Savior class. Prohibitively expensive to build and field, the Savior packs more guns, more armor, more missiles, and more nukes per square inch than any other ship fielded by the Arkgnein navy.

Officially however, it's tactical role is one of an artillery platform, a duty filled by the single high explosive artillery lance mounted to its ventral hull. This weapon packs more of a punch than any other conventional gun amongst its peers, and can effectively apply this damage at much greater ranges.

When missiles have failed and a gunfight is inevitable, standard tactics holds that the Savior remain at standoff ranges, pelting targets with its Artillery lance, and only using its impressive compliment of standard lances when forced to do so.

In truth all of the design's i've actually uploaded are a bit out of date, at one point I had started re-doing the fleet with such considerations taken into account before coming to the conclusion that the actual game portion of CoaDE was lacking too much in terms of content and mechanical balance for me to derive sufficient joy from creating the ships in the first place and I just sort of...stopped.

Your ships are works of art, but combination of partial armour and monoprop missiles in huge, large diameter spinal magazines is rather disastrous - once armor is penetrated or bypassed ships inevitably explode violently.
Also, could you consider switching from diamond to amorphous carbon in your engines (diamond to pyrolytic carbon in other reactors if its used there) to make them compatible with diamond graphitization mod?
