Arkgnein State: Hall Methane Q Tanker

Built directly on the spaceframe of the Arena medium tanker, the Hall makes few changes outside of adding a single multi-target picket gun for dissuading piracy or intercepting small volleys of missiles.

The generous levels of Delta V afforded to the craft by its role as a tanker allow it to perform simple extended combat maneuvers to evade fire, a neccessary tactic as the whipple canopy covering the ship is mostly for identification purposes, and is next to useless against even the lightest of weapons.
