T4-Limulus

The T4 Limulus is a light scout hv, unlocked at lvl 3.
It comes with all features a lvl 3 hv can have, and takes 200 ingots or less of any kind.

You can also access all cargoboxes from the outside, so you don't have to navigate the control menu every time you need access to it.
In the future you can easily upgrade the Limulus with a spotlight, medium thrusters, constructor, detector and a turret, making it an ideal starter HV.
