K146 Low Commercial RICO

And yet another piece of underwhelming architecture. This building in reality was built on the eastern outskirts of Cologne in the early 2010's. It houses a shop selling various kinds of hardware and construction materials to craftsmen. It's not a DIY store though. It's a lot smaller and doesn't sell to private persons – only to craftsmen by profession, only business to business trading here. This also explains why it doesn't look much different than a plain warehouse, it doesn't need to attract customers with a fancy design.

I originally meant to make it a growable, it turned out to be slightly wider than four tiles though. Hence it's a RICO now.
