How can i fix the "low land value" problem of this towers?

Plop the Growablesを使用しているときは破棄されずに済んでいたんですが
これを使用していると他の建物がレベルアップせずに止まってしまうので
サブスク解除したら地価が低くてすぐ破棄されてしまいます。
何か別のMODで対応可能でしょうか？

I assume that this building released on 21st of July and Additive shader fix came 30th of July. It means that this building has the disappearing problem.

People have been complaining about buildings which have additive shader sub buildings or sub meshes disappearing completely when zooming out and I figured out what the problem is, I updated the mod with a bad fix, and it's my fault for not figuring this out earlier.

Basically you have 2 choices:

1. Leave it like it is, which means the lod will now be disabled - the main model will always be visible, and everything else will work fine. Not the best for performance though.

2. Update the asset by having an empty/invisible main building, but add the actual main building as a sub building/mesh instead, which will work properly in every way, with a functioning lod.

Its own noise will make the residents inside sick

Those are probably the best night time windows I've seen on any asset in the game so far! Love the different colours and also the texturing. How did you achieve the different colours? I thought the game always made window lights same colour at night?
