Crate & Barrel is a chain of retail stores in US and Canada, based in Northbrook, Illinois, specializing in housewares, furniture (indoor and out), and home accessories. (wikipedia)
This model is not actually based on the Crate & Barrel in Beverly Hills, but one in Northbrook, Illinois. But I already have this great Photoshop template and they have a similar design anyway.

Fun fact: If a store is named "something & something", it's very overpriced. Same for restaurants.

@mrsomethingelse never heard of there. The one in Denver is actually a pretty nice looking buildings and is something I would be inspired to do if I picked back up on my luxury commercial collection. The one in Washington just looks like any average building with a logo and sign on it. and I didn't look up the one in Seattle. 2's my limit lol

@overlord custom theme, lut changed about 4 times in my last video, so I switch early and often. Usually between Cleyra, Colorful Contrast, Relight average, relight neutral

And which theme are you using in your Las Vegas series? I watched few of your last videos and I did not see any info in the section below video related to theme/lut/mod/assets. Thank you.

@overload probably my pavement texture, graphic mods. Not using road color changer.
