The Practical Communications Device, or in short, PRACOM, is a headset designed to sustain the most niche of environments - such as house parties where you have social anxiety and really need to talk to your roommate downstairs.

This is a paintable all class hat. To all you who are really technically curious, here are my uploaded RGB values for each teams non painted headset.
