This is a modified/repurposed generic version of Barnes & Noble building that I used for my build of the Monte Carlo Casino. It's slightly smaller and is a growable commercial building. Some of the textures have been changed or updated.

@breed4me22 shouldn't be surprising given the pics and descriptions. I make a lot of custom assets to use personally and just name them whatever. If I later upload it, I have to keep my temporary name, maintain 2 versions, or replace all local versions that I've placed unfortunately

I always found it funny that this asset is called Monte Carlo Shop. Not bitching, it just took my a$$ several weeks to find it LOL

thank you i just finaly was able to use props from workshop i just got a new laptop my old one was old any didnt like stuff from the workshop i love the vids on youtube

@wale0493 it's not a dumb question, but sounds like just opened the game yesterday or just discovered the workshop. "Move It!" mod, it's only one of if not THE top mod for the game
