Flatgrass Multi Terrain Day & Night V2

描述
A fix from that one old map that allowed you to use multiple floor textures on a older version of flatgrass via the push of an button in a "secret" dev room below the spawn.

Now it also contains two more terrains, made the map floodable, added navmesh for nextbots, made the ground solid so its tool friendly, better FPS and the leak fixed.

Map name is gm_flatgrass_multiterrain

super duper cool map. very neat idea, and it works perfectly. surprised its not rated higher. also yea, i have a feeling the top of the water will be black for most people, since not too many people have beefy pc's.

your graphics are too low to render water, might adjust some changes to your advanced graphic settings, cuz this is normal half-life 2 water and looks normally different on standard...

Hey, very good work :D, it's working perfectly for me, i only have a little issue, when i flood the map, the water is just a flat black texture, it's supposed to be like this or it's a glitch ?
